Landmarq Custom Homes is owned and operated by Tom Ryan.  With an education in architectural design and nearly thirty years of experience in the residential construction industry, Tom is uniquely qualified to guide you in the creation and construction of your new custom home.  From carpentry to building superintendent to division production manager and co-owner of Marquee Builders, he has acquired hands-on experience in every capacity of home building.

As co-founder of Saussy Burbank, Downie Saussy helped make great architecture and craftsmanship accessible to everyone. When he decided to reenter the homebuilding industry, he wanted partners who shared the same vision. Chip Shelton and Jack Furr were the perfect fit. Both Chip and Jack have been in the homebuilding industry for many years, focusing on livability and customer service.

Today, all three have brought their passion for craftsmanship, artistry and service to a new homebuilding company - Walker Madison. From their past experience they've developed a belief that people will choose quality, if you can provide it at a fair price. And when you are offering quality products, your customer service had better be on the same level. Downie, Chip and Jack will be involved in the design and construction of every home. They will personally ensure that each customer is receiving the attention they deserve - something they believe makes them unique among the region's homebuilders.

At Walker Madison, we use architectural details to create a pleasing sense of space. This enables us to also provide practical floor plans that function well. Walker Madison homes feature elements like hardwood floors, fireplaces, and nine and ten foot ceilings. Many home plans offer personal outdoor living spaces such as a porch or patio.
